These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of GhostlineAI's website, desktop application, and related services (the "Service"), operated by GhostlineAI (ghostlineai.com). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
GhostlineAI is a desktop application that listens to your live sales or interview calls and generates real-time, AI-powered spoken suggestions to help you respond. The Service includes the desktop application, our backend AI processing, and this website.
2. Account Registration & Security
You must provide a valid email address and choose a password to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Each license is restricted to one active device at a time.
3. Subscription & Payment Terms
The Service is offered under the following plans:
- Monthly subscription (PayPal) — a 7-day free trial, after which your payment method is automatically charged $20/month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through PayPal.
- One-time access (Google Pay, where available) — a single $20 payment grants 30 days of access. Access does not renew automatically; you may purchase another 30-day period at any time.

4. Call Recording & Consent — Please Read
GhostlineAI transcribes both sides of a call, including the other participant's voice. Recording or transcribing a call without the knowledge or consent of all parties is illegal in many jurisdictions, even if you are a participant in the call yourself. It is solely your responsibility to know and comply with the recording-consent laws that apply to you and the person you are speaking with. We are not liable for your use of the Service in violation of applicable law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: share or resell your license key; attempt to circumvent usage limits or device restrictions; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or reverse-engineer or misuse our AI infrastructure.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, branding, and content, is owned by GhostlineAI (ghostlineai.com) and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the desktop application for its intended purpose.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your situation — you are responsible for reviewing and using your own judgment on anything the Service suggests.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GhostlineAI (ghostlineai.com) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost business, lost data, or legal consequences arising from call recording without consent.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
10. Governing Law
