GhostlineAI is a fully digital software product. There is no physical shipping involved — this page explains exactly how and when you get access after purchase.
1. What You Receive
After a successful payment, we automatically create your account and issue a license key that authenticates your copy of the GhostlineAI desktop application. No physical item is shipped, and nothing is mailed to you.
2. Delivery Timeframe
Delivery is instant and automated. As soon as your payment is confirmed by PayPal (or Google Pay, where available), your account is created and ready to use — typically within a few seconds. If you were on the website when you paid, you can sign straight into the desktop app immediately from the confirmation screen.
3. How to Get the App
- Download the installer for your platform from the pricing section — macOS (Apple Silicon) or Windows.
- Install and open GhostlineAI.
- Sign in with the email and password you used at checkout.
4. System Requirements
- macOS on Apple Silicon, or Windows 10/11
- A working microphone
- An internet connection (required for AI suggestions)
5. Delivery Issues
If you paid but never received account access — for example due to a network error during signup — contact us with the email address you used and, if possible, your PayPal transaction ID. We'll locate your payment and restore access as quickly as possible.
